Welcome to the Twelve35 Teen Center

Twelve35 Teen Center is the only local drop in, coed teen center that is absolutely free to students ages 11-18 who are currently enrolled in a K-12 school. No membership fee and no daily fees apply for registered Twelve35 Teen Center members.

To join the Twelve35 Teen Center and unlock access to all of our programs within, all teens and their parent/guardian must complete the registration form linked below. If you require assistance, please don’t hesitate to come to the Teen Center in person during regular business hours, or contact a member of our team at info@sbpal.org.

Twelve35 Teen Center Amenities:

  • A Computer Lab with Academic Assistance

  • Study Hall Area

  • Lounge Room with Games and Media

  • Private Outdoor Recreation Area with Sporting Equipment

  • Multipurpose Room for Meetings and Community Events

Hours of Operation:

Twelve35 Teen Center is open MONDAY through FRIDAY from 3:00pm-6:30pm.

The Teen Center is closed all national holidays, and follows the Santa Barbara Unified School District calendar. (Download 2025-26 Calendar Here)

Hours and program schedules are subject to change without notice; and reasonable efforts will be made to keep you and your teen informed of adjustments.

What We Offer:

DAILY DROP-IN
Teens have access to drop-in recreational activities, Xbox One, PS5, and pool table. Teens are invited to stop by and enjoy a variety of activities in a positive social environment.

Community Service
Here at PAL we offer community service hours through 2 different groups.

​The first community service group is called Community PAL. Community PAL's is an excellent way to earn community service hours while at our Teen Center! Help out with community events and other Teen Center projects throughout the year!

The second community service group is called Youth Leadership Council (YLC). This group is reserved for High-School students. This group meets regularly once a week to discuss important upcoming community service projects and what they want to see in their community.

Drop-in Tutoring is available for students who need additional homework assistance Monday-Friday from 3:00-6:30 p.m.
