Our Mission

Santa Barbara Police Activities League (SBPAL) strives to build the bridge between cops, kids, and our community through mentorship, leadership, and academic enrichment programs.

A Resource For Our Community

In addition to operating the Twelve35 Teen Center, we offer a wide variety of youth enrichment programs for all local youth interested in academic achievement, community service, leadership skills, and personal development.

Tour the Twelve35 Teen Center!

Twelve35 Teen Center is the only local drop in, coed teen center that is absolutely free to students ages 11-18 who are currently enrolled in a K-12 school.

No membership fee and no daily fees apply for registered Twelve35 Teen Center members.
